Hello there. Just thought id introduce myself.

I am Captain Charles Creel. 200Ton master currently still pushing barges along the ICW and gulf Coast from Mobile to Houston,Tx.

If anyone would like to learn to sail or learn the rules of the road and right of way laws on the water please ask.

There are Too many resources of FREE training and information available to the boating public not to take advantage of it.
